HOW DO I KNOW WHICH ITEMS ARE IN STOCK?
All items and sizes shown on the website are in stock unless, in a rare case, the words "out of stock" are listed next to the product.
I PUT ITEMS IN MY CART, ARE THEY RESERVED?
The items in your cart are not reserved for you until you checkout. Until then products can still be purchased by another customer, so it is possible the items may have sold by the time you checkout.
DO I HAVE TO PAY TAX?
We calculate and charge taxes in the United States based on your shipping address, as is required by law.
Outside of the US, we don't collect taxes. Any taxes, duties or customs charges incurred will need to be paid by you.
HOW DO I CONFIRM YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER?
You should receive an email confirmation of your order within 20 minutes of checkout. If you have not, please contact us.
After you have registered a customer account, you will be able to login to your account and view the status of your order.
For your protection, we send all our packages with tracking numbers. Once your order has been shipped, you should receive an email with your tracking number. Please contact us if you do not receive your tracking number.
MY PACKAGE IS LOST/ DIDN'T ARRIVE
We send all our packages with tracking numbers and insurance. Most will also require a signature to collect. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact us immediately.
CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?
Please let us know immediately if you need to change your address so that we can change it for you. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot redirect it to a different address.
